You have been invited to this page because you have agreed to participate in this survey by keeping a "Virtual Communications Log" by filling out an average of at least one survey each business day for a calendar month. Please be assured that your anonymity will be protected at all times and that the results of this survey are strictly for educational purposes, and their use will be limited to non-specific data analysis.
The Face-to-Face Meeting link at the bottom of this page is available for volunteers to fill out an additional survey or two in the month to act as a "Control" data set for comparison to the Virtual Communications surveys.
Each survey should take no more than 2-3 minutes to complete, and at the bottom of each one is a Submit button.
